When I joined Yearbook my junior year, my biggest worry was taking photos. While I possessed skills in filming B-roll and video for broadcasting, mastering the split-second demands within the art of photography proved to be a challenge for me. Nevertheless, as my Yearbook journey unfolded, I learned more and more each day from Millard West's best photographers and learned everything I needed to know to get the best shot and tell a story while doing so. With my new found love for photography I've taken my skills on the sidelines of numerous sporting events within our school's community.
